We provide bespoke security and risk management solutions to VIPs, corporate leaders, and high-net-worth individuals globally. With headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel, and strategic offices in Dubai, India and Toronto, we combine Israeli military-grade protection techniques with local insights to deliver effective and pro active security services.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Brazil operations. This role will support the coordination and execution of our security and crisis management operations in Brazil and the wider Latin America region. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Conduct executive protection work, including close protection for VIPs, corporate leaders, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring their safety and security in a discreet and professional manner.
• Support the planning and coordination of security operations across Brazil and Latin America.
• Assist with the logistics of personnel deployment, equipment management, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and update operational schedules, records, and reports.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Monitor operational workflows and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
• Assist in risk assessments and provide operational input for crisis management planning.
• Contribute to the development of operational policies and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of regional operations.

• Former Law enforcement / Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Operations Management, Security Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination (experience in security or crisis management industries is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• This role is primarily based in São Paulo, with potential travel within Brazil and across Latin America. Occasional extended or irregular working hours may be required depending on operational demands.
