We’re seeking a sharp, proactive Operations Specialist to lead our 24/7 operations center at our office, ensuring precision and reliability in high-stakes environments.

• Oversee real-time coordination of executive protection and journey-management missions with clarity and efficiency.
• Maintain fluid communication with field agents, clients, and global partners to ensure operational alignment.
• Direct emergency response protocols, making swift decisions to escalate incidents when necessary.
• Deliver accurate, timely operational reports to support mission success.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide actionable insights during critical events.

• Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Uncompromising reliability and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and verbal); additional languages are a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in navigating multiple monitoring systems, GPS platforms, and advanced communication tools.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays on a rotational schedule.
• OSINT, AI or Operation Center experience is a big plus.
• Ability to work from our operations center office in central Israel.
