We are based in Israel UAE and Canada. We provide services in over 30 countries.

• Responsible for managing all current and future security projects in Israel that provide static guarding forclients’ offices and homes.
• You will oversee our QRT (Quick Response Team
• Handle full-cycle recruitment, training, and day-to-day management of all guards assigned to these projects.
• Create and maintain their schedules, and approve their monthly salaries.
• The role includes conducting 12 shifts per month directly in the projects, to get to know key personnel and operational requirements intimately.
• Participate in routine Israeli operations throughout the year to become fully integrated with the company

• Full-time availability
• Based in Israel
• Experience in Managing people
• English language: Native/proficient level. (Speaking and writing)
• Experience in Close-Protection or “hands-on field experience” working in the security field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Comfortable working from a computer for long hours.
• Comfortable working in the field for long hours.
• Military Background
